Elisabeth Reimer

Family Centred Care Research Assistant

Elisabeth completed her Master of Advanced Nursing in 2022 at Monash University. During her studies, she discovered her passion for qualitative research while undertaking a project that explored the experiences of Nurse Unit Managers during the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on their mental health.

Prior to joining the strategy, Elisabeth worked as a Registered Nurse in a tertiary trauma hospital in Vienna, Austria, for five years before moving to Australia in 2020. After graduating from Monash University, she transitioned gradually from clinical work to research and joined the Campus Mental Health Strategy in 2023. Elisabeth is passionate about making a positive impact and bringing about meaningful change in the broader community, particularly in addressing mental health.
