Cath is a change and implementation professional with a passion for changing the trajectory of children’s health outcomes through implementing evidence-based models of care, quality improvement initiatives and system re-design. Cath completed a Masters of Applied Science at RMIT specialising in innovation and change management and has over 15 years’ experience in the improvement, implementation and change management space. She has led the change management approach on a wide variety of projects in both the private and public sector, most recently leading the co-design, and implementation of a cross departmental system change at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
